Cake pricing is based on different factors such as; Flavors, fillings, extent of design, sizes, number of servings.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We love new customers. As bakers/ artist, we love when customers tells us the kind of theme they want and allows us be creative so we can achieve a unique cake just for you matching your style and theme. We try as much as possible to tell all our customers that we can not copy & past another bakers work. We would always work with what you bring but add our own take to it.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

In Jan 2020, I just had my baby, I was due to return back to work and then the lock down happened, I was left with no job, then I realized I loved to bake for family and baking keeps me centered and happy. I decided to grow sign up for baking classes virtually(of course). Hence my desire to grown gave birth to Nita’s Pastries.

We have worked with all types of customers from weddings, Birthdays, Bridal or Baby Showers , Graduation and corporate clients

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A wedding cake. A bride reached out to us 7 days to her wedding saying she didn’t have as cake as her cake vendor was out with Covid. And we where already swamped at the bakery. We had to pull all the stops just for her so she could have all she wants for her special day. Because I know first hand what it means by not getting all you want on your special day. If I could only bottle the expression on her face when she saw her whole set up. It was priceless and we where great full.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Please inform us At least 2 weeks prior to your events, this gives us room to make the Perfect cake or dessert for you.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Cost. Is a custom cake something I want and can afford. Custom cakes are expensive cos they are tailored just for you. They are different from store bought cakes. We use only fresh and quantity ingredients.
