I have been a Culinary School trained Chef for 27 years. I have been the head Chef for a number of venues including restaurants, large catered events, residential events, drop off gourmet meal service and cooking instruction.
I typically charge an on-site Chefs Fee for cooking private dinner parties or luncheons, plus a reasonable per person charge depending on the menu they choose, however, each client is different and pricing varies depending on my clients needs. If extra staff is needed, a staff charge is included in the free quote.
I mostly enjoy doing events in clients homes or Airb&b’s for gatherings or private dinner parties or drop off service for both, however, I am up for most any situation. We also do small weddings, or other catered affairs.
