All pricing is included in our catering PDF. Packages are broken down per-guest. So your number of guests, your package selection, sales tax, and our 20% gratuity / service fee are included as the final quote

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We have a dedicated Events Director who is happy to answer any and all questions, as well as guide you step-by-step through the process of booking your event. Tell us what you're looking for, and let us take care of your event. Whether you're a seasoned event vet, or this is your first time booking, we've got you covered!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Two folks who have been working in the field for years combined their heritage and love of cooking to curate a menu that encapsulates both Korean and Mexican cooking to a perfect degree.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

It was a combination of both of the experience from the owner and our head chef. Alex, the owner, opened Papermill, a Fresh Asian Kitchen, back in 2015. And eventually Rene came on board and brought along his vast knowledge of traditional Mexican cooking. From there we got to work on a menu that has to be tasted to be believed!

What types of customers have you worked with?

From giant corporate events, all the way down to some backyard parties, we've done it all. We have PLENTY experience with Weddings, Parties, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Backyard gettogethers, reunions, concerts, festivals, you name it! If you need food, we've got it handled from here!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Just getting everything off of the ground has been an experience worth savoring. Having folks from all over praise the food and keep coming back for more has been a driving motivator to make sure we keep delivering our best, and innovating on our menu!
