Introduction

Ken and DeAngela began doing business as just Eats N Treats in 2009 while vending smoked turkey legs and novelty foods for community church events as well as a few local annual carnivals and festivals on a part-time basis. Ken, with a passion for cooking BBQ since the age of 8 while growing up in East Texas has been perfecting his crafts now for over 50 years and DeAngela as a career accountant, skilled home cook, baker/cake-a-teer for over 30 years, the pair grew into DFW Eats N Treats BBQ in 2016. As the demands of business grew and after 7 years of special event concession vending, corporate catering, Pop Up and street vending, we are now officially "Texas Made Bbq and Catering, LLC." home-based in SW Fort Worth, Texas and serving mobile through out the DFW area. We specialize in providing a variety of "Texas Made" slow and low-cooked smoked meats, like our Prime Briskets, Pull'd Pork, Half & Whole Chickens, Rope Sausage, Giant Turkey Legs, Brisket Nachos and Spare Ribs to name a few choices, combined with our various signature side items, our Famous Loaded Baked Potatoes, Brisket Nachos and many delightful Sweet Treats on regular rotation. "We bring the whole truck" although we can minimize or customize our menu to fit your needs or budget when needed. We can accommodate any size group at almost any place and can work with short notice when available (sometimes). Our food concession trailer is 22 feet, beautiful aka "Candy Red" fully equipped and staffed with 4 employees for most events. We provide our own electric via invertor/generator and potable water. We arrive 30 minutes early with all meats and side items pre-prepared, hot and ready to serve within minutes of arrival. We can also accommodate many none BBQ foods by requests. **Special group rates are available and our food truck reserve/setup fee can be waived and/or discounted with a minimum guarantee of $500 for 2 hours. We require deposit of 50% to save/book the time slot for the event's date in advance. We look forward to serving your event at any location. Thank you for choosing DFW Eats N Treats BBQ and Catering aka Texas Made BBQ!
