I typically recommend having a discussion to gather all the necessary details for providing the most accurate quote for the client.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a culinary degree from L'atelier Gourmand and BBA + Masters in Business Administration from UCO-Université catholique de l'Ouest.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Mom had a restaurant, being the last born child of the family, i was always with her in the kitchen.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types of customers, from coporate to family, we've catered gradution parties, birthday parties, employees appreciation.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

230 Employee appreciation, menu was customized and everyone got fed in less than an hour.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Being commited to our promise is something you should consider when hiring, we get a lot of calls for last min booking because a vendor canceled last minute. This is something that we pride on to have never done!
