Introduction

We offer over 20 allergy-free flavors in regular and sugar free. Our snowballs are consistently soft, fluffy ice covered with sweet, delicious flavors. The best part of my job is the responses to our shaved ice. Most customers don't realize how sweet the flavors are until they try them. . . and they say, "Wow, this is really good."

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our current rate is $300 for a minimum two hours and $100 each additional hour. Events with guests over 100 will be charged an additional fee of $150. Fees include setup/breakdown and unlimited shaved ice for your guests.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We discuss details about the event. If we have the availability, the customer will receive a contract to sign and return to us for confirmation of booking the event. Confirmation concludes within 7-10 business days.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have worked in the food and beverage/hospitality industry for many years providing customer service via restaurants, hotels, and convention centers. I also am a Licensed Certified Food Manager.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I hold a bachelor's degree in business with a concentration in marketing. I minored in hotel and restaurant management. I have always worked in the hospitality field due to my love for making people smile because of the service I have provided to them.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We participate in all events, including local festivals, school events, and corporate parties. We donate a percentage of our sales to non-profit organizations such as schools, churches, and sports leagues. We are licensed in Prince William county and currently, are official sponsors of the Potomac Nationals minor league baseball team.
