Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We simply have the best pricing in the valley. We also use MSI for the majority of the product that we sell. The best prices combined with the best product makes for very happy customers.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We prefer to go to our customers and meet them at their home to see exactly what vision they have for upgrading their home. We do all that we can to help make their vision come to life.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Our crew of installers have over 50 years of experiernce with flooring. They are prepared to handle any situation or challenge that comes their way.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I had floors put in many years ago and the experience was far from what I was expecting. We work hard to make this a professional experience and want to have a relationship with all of our customers so that they will refer us to their friends and let them know that we do great work.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We work with everyone.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We were able to help floor a home that the owner was renovating to incorporate his new business. It was fun to watch the transformation. The customer was blown away and thoroughly loved the finished product. The job took us three days to complete.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Make sure they have a good track record and that they can share with you work that they have done in the past. Ask for references. The people you are looking to hire should have no problem letting you speak with those they have done work for in the past.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
They should have a basic idea of what they are wanting to accomplish. They need to think about a basic timeline of when they would like to have the work done and about the type of materials they would like to use. Make sure the company is licensed, bonded and insured to protect yourself from poor work.
