What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We give our customer an exact estimate for the product and installation, which we guarantee will be the final price they will pay. We also offer our customers a number of payment plans. We do not have promotional pricing or special offers and then add on additional costs once the job is complete.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will come to your house for a free in-home consultation in our mobile showrooms, which has over 3,000 samples. We will carefully measure the space, help you choose the perfect flooring solution and we will give you an estimate before we leave.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a business degree and a C-15 contractors license for flooring

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they are licensed and insured.

Have they set a budget for the project. Have the worked on a re-modeling project before, do they know what it entails.
