We keep our pricing within the range of what our customers think that the project will cost. Material prices varies from time to time but our labor rate will remain the same.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once we get the lead we start our conversation with the customer and then schedule a visit to see the type of work they are looking for. We take measurements and give advices then will send them our proposal within 1-2 days

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

BS in Civil Engineering General Engineering (A) Contractor License General Building (B) Contractor License LEED AP BD+C certified PMP (Project Management Professional) OSHA 30 certified

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Jamil the CEO of TAJ Construction started his career in the design industry after finishing his BS in civil engineering then he got his GC license and started the company ( TAJ Construction Inc) to help the community achieve the best quality in renovations and to get the people the best construction experience!

Residential and commercial customers

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently finished a 100K project in the bay area. The project was a commercial Restaurant. We managed to finish the renovations ahead of time and under budget as the client requested.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always check for a valid licensed contractor and a current bond and General liability insurance.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

They have to ask if the job requires a permit from the city. Also, they need to verify the license of the GC and the insurance policy.
