What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer free estimates and hand drawn design. My pricing is typically 15 to 30% cheaper than the biggest comcompetitors in the industry with the same quality of work. same products and procress.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Discuss ideas, go over design options for areas of interest. Discuss material options, figure out what they want and offer a competitive project price.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have over 3 years of Project Management and Design for all hardscape and landscape for residential homes.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Started working for the largest company, gained design experience and industry knowledge. Then gained my project management experience for the 2nd. biggest company and was the #2 ranked designer out of 80 people.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I mostly work with residential homeowners between Sacramento County and the surrounding areas. Along with San Joaquin County and it's surrounding areas.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Most recent project was a standard size backyard and side yard project for a new home. They wanted around 200sqft of turf, 700sqft of pavers, landscape rock and a planter edger. This project was sold for roughly $17,000.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Work with a company that isn't the cheapest and isn't the most expensive. Get at least 3 estimates and make a decision based on company background, work experience, what is going to be done for what you are willing to pay.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Do you have a C-27 contractor license? What is your warranty for all types of work and are you insured?
