What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the specific needs of each project, with free in-home evaluations and transparent quotes. We offer financing and partner with programs like Earthquake Brace + Bolt for savings on seismic retrofits.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a comprehensive inspection of your property by one of our expert Design Specialists. We’ll discuss your concerns, assess the problem areas, and provide a detailed explanation of what’s happening and why. Afterward, we’ll present a tailored solution with a clear estimate. Once you decide to move forward, our experienced crews handle everything—from preparation to cleanup—ensuring your project is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is backed by decades of experience and continuous training. Each of our specialists and crews undergo rigorous training programs through the Supportworks network, ensuring we stay ahead with the latest industry standards and innovations. We’re also certified Earthquake Brace + Bolt providers and have specialized training in concrete repair, foundation stabilization, and crawl space encapsulation.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Saber Foundation Repair was established in 1987 with the mission of providing homeowners peace of mind through reliable foundation and concrete repair solutions. Our founder wanted to redefine the industry with integrity, exceptional service, and a commitment to permanent results. Over the years, we’ve grown and evolved, becoming a trusted name across Southern California.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We’ve worked with a diverse range of homeowners, from single-family residences and rental properties to historical homes and new constructions. Our clients often come to us when they notice cracks, uneven floors, or moisture issues, and we’ve helped thousands of families protect and improve their homes’ structural integrity and value.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently leveled 13 classrooms and a library at Watts Elementary using our PolyLevel® technology. The entire project took a couple weeks and was a cost-effective alternative to ripping and replacing the concrete. Our solution is also safe for people, pets, and plants, ensuring a stable and eco-friendly result.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always look for a provider with proven experience, specialized training, and a focus on long-term solutions. Check reviews, ask about the materials they use, and ensure they stand behind their work with strong warranties. It’s not just about fixing the issue today—it’s about ensuring your home’s safety and stability for years to come.
