What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our Typical process includes, making contact with client, setting up initial consultation where we will take measurements, discuss project in further details and gather information to provide a professional quote to client. Our quotes are usually completed within 24 hours and emailed to client directly. We follow up with all clients and strive for excellent customer service.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Worked in the field for over 4+ years. I worked with previous company before deciding to open our own business and had a great mentor who I gained hands on experience working for. I was trained in working with pavers, tile installation, bathroom remodels, kitchen backsplashes, flooring etc

Always meet your contractor before starting a job. It is important to build good communication and understanding of details. We always issue contracts to our clients before we begin a job, we want us and our clients to feel 100% secure and happy while working with us.

Customers should always think about their design ideas and square feet of the work area, also a client should consider setting a budget to assist the professional in meeting their expectations and have an understanding of flexibility and time frame to complete a job as all jobs are not equal and some are more detailed than others.
