Our prices are reasonable and always fit to the market average, whenever compared to the quality and guarantee we offer. That said, our estimates never close beyond the expectations, regardless of the type of project will deal with, and that way we avoid missing business and opportunities with leaner budgets. Therefore, our clients hardly ask for discounts.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Following the market guidelines, projects related to new customers, are usually kicked off, only upon payment.

Education and trainings are on demand and non-stop at USX inc. Our business process and controls team, follows up every new request, so as to drive better which employee will handle each project according to its expertise.

Regardless of what type of work, the estimates always seek to be our focus. That way, we try to equate the client's expectation versus their budgets, so surprises and misconceptions are avoided. And just then, every single project starts at USX inc.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Nowadays, the internet reviews have a higher influence to the majority of customers, and that's fine. However, providers should be measured also by volumes of good work, like: "How many times had this company, or this professional done this kind of work before now?" Experience and expertise are priceless, but not always they mean the same. USX might decline a few jobs if we do not assume, neither our partners, that can be handled accordingly.

Being on customer's shoes, means there are no silly questions on their side. Therefore, any professional must be committed to reply every single question in a straight and common sense, no matter which approach our customer assumed to formulate it.
