Based on current and average rates in the market with top-notch quality workmanship.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I schedule an on site estimate based on compatible availability. I send an eta once in route and then introduce myself, and answer any questions they may have. I then measure the area and get an email address and I will usually have a comprehensive estimate ready that addresses all materials, installation and any other questions.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My dad started bringing me on his jobs when I was about 9 years old.

Home owners, Investors, General Contractors, Flooring Contractors, Realtors, Retailers, Project Managers, etc.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The job we are working on at the moment is a 1900 square foot glue down pre-finished wood floor. We are having to take up the existing tile and grind and patch the floor so it will be level so that the next day we can install.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do your research and don’t aim for the lowest price. Aim for comfortability with an installers expressed knowledge and attention to detail. Read the reviews and speak with references. Word of mouth is the greatest advertiser!

What type of material they want, and what type of budget they have in mind.
