What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

All our set prices include material, labor, and padding per square foot. If the customer only requires material, it would cost them less than the shown price!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1. Customer tells us what they need(Carpet, Vinyl, hardwood, LVP...etc.) 2. Customer can either pick out some samples to take with them if they choose to come to the showroom, or we can bring the samples to their household and conduct a free estimate! 3. If the customer decides to buy from us, we take %50 of the payment to place the order! 4. Once the material arrives, we schedule for installation(If customer wants us to install) 5. We finish the installation, We make sure the customer is satisfied and material was installed perfectly! 6. Customer either completes the balance with the installer or makes their way down to the store and provides payment!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have multiple degrees and certification in business administration, business management, communications, and business psychology! Over 50+ years of experience in flooring labor; all the way from installation, repairing, and adjusting! So we understand every type of flooring need or issue!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

While in college, I was working as an installer for several years even after I graduated and eventually after a lot of hard work, dedication and knowledge, I managed to open my own business!

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types ranging from installers to homeowners, real estate agents, renovators or redevelopers, and commercial businesses such as hotels, restaurants, bars, offices, law firms, gaming halls, gyms, parks and schools! Literally every kind of business!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they are focused on satisfying your needs rather than just selling! Make sure they have enough experience! Shop around a couple more places to make sure you hired the right person and did not miss out on better opportunities!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What kind of flooring am I looking for? How much of it do I need? What is my timeframe? What is my budget? What are my main concerns about the type of flooring(Durability, quality, availability)? Do I only need the material or I want the installation as well? Is it a high or low traffic area? Do I have a bunch of furniture I need to remove?
