Ensuring there is familiarity with the job happening. So the client understands the process.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Flooring is what we do an have done since we were kids. With Flooring , Bathroom Remodels, custom home renovation, roofing, framing, drywall, roll insulation, windows, doors, (vinyl, wood, steel siding), painting exterior and interior, (carpet, vinyl, laminate, wood). This allows us to target more jobs for you, an tackle on any challenge

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started this work by laying floors with friends growing up, an building custom homes in Elk Rapids Michigan.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of customers. Mostly fun to work with, I enjoy what I do, an love to make it the best possible experience for both parties. Also meeting new people is great. Building good relationships is what its really about. Producing comfortabllity an pleasing work.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Wood siding with shake, an soffit on a custom home. All cedar wood, stained grayish black(7½), with brown shake(6⅛). It took 3 months. All dado corners on trim(6½), freeze(4½), base board(9¼). Flashing to provide waterproofing above windows an baseboard, (all black flashing). My favorite project to be apart of so far.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Understand there is lots of options don't always go with the first company, or contractor even us. But we hope you do.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Always try to get a base idea of your project before hand. Do research. If not talk to multiple companies, so you get the job done right.
