What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I provide free on-site estimates and offer competitive pricing. I want to ensure that you are getting a reasonable price accompanied by high quality.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once contact is made, we can schedule a complimentary estimate. This will provide an accurate quote. Then we can work out the details and get an appointment to start the project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My training in my field has been solely through experience in my trade. I have worked in this business for 16 years and feel there is nothing better than a hands on learning.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started out doing construction in my twenties and it was always rewarding to see a project completed. My dream was to pursue something on my own that was related to construction. My brother and I started doing flooring 16 years ago and I've never looked back. I truly enjoy what I'm doing!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I think a customer should look for someone who's experienced, trustworthy, and insured. It is also very important to have positive references from past customers.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

When contacting a professional the customer should discuss what type of material options they have based on their flooring project. It is also important to ask about warranties on materials/labor, how long the project will take from start to finish, and of course the total cost.
