American Waterworks proudly offers FREE, no-obligation estimates. We understand that home repairs can be costly and unexpected, which is why we've partnered with GreenSky to provide several financing options to make your home repairs more affordable.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When you work with American Waterworks, our process is simple. First, you'll speak with one of our Appointment Specialists, who will set you up for your FREE, no-obligation estimate. After our in-person estimate appointment, your Design Specialist will leave you with a quote that same day. If you decided to move forward, you will work with your Design Specialist to find the right day for your project to be installed. On the day of your installation, you will receive several forms of communication confirming the day, time, and work. Once your project has been completed, you can seek further assistance from our Service Department.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

American Waterworks has 35+ years of experience in the basement waterproofing and foundation repair business. We are proudly part of Basement Systems and Supportworks. Both of these organizations offer extensive training and product knowledge.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Owner, Steve Breland, got into basement waterproofing and foundation repair when he saw a need at a young age. He has worked tirelessly to build a business dedicated to the customers it serves.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Homeowners from Minnesota, North Dakota, Western Wisconsin, and Northeast Iowa. We perform both residential and commercial solutions.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

In 2019, the Midwest saw record rainfall, leading to hundreds of distressed homeowners. We were able to provide solutions in these homeowners hour of need.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

American Waterworks urges homeowners to receive multiple bids on a home project. We believe that homeowners should have a solid base of knowledge about WHY their home is experiencing issues, leading them to choose the correct provider.
