What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Flooring purchased through me are very high quality and provide a two year warranty of repairs as well as 10 year commercial and 30 year residential warranty. Pricing on job vary depending on size of project as well as custom design.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Try to check detail of the project so accurate estimates are made and paying attention to details of unexpected problems occurring on job to help fix and make the customer satisfied.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have all my construction credential OSHA 30 SST 62 hour safety, Heavy equipment operator.

Worked for commercial flooring company for 8 years.

Pay attention to details of the project so estimates can be made appropriately.
