Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
our prices are fair. we take cash, checks, and credit cards. i come out and check out the job and then give you a price no hidden fees or extra charges. the price we quote we stand by it.

i have had great opportunities to work with some amazing flooring installers throughout my career. I've been in the business since 1999 and worked every year since. ive been on roughly 20,000 installation jobs and i dont think there is much i haven't saw. from jobs at grand central station in nyc to 120foot yachts in portimperial jersey city. to regular apartments in newark . and every style house you can think of from basement to attic ive been there.hello there

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
a couple of my best projects where in Manhattan we did the hallways at the chelsea on 24th st. we also where doing some floating vinyl plank in donald trumps building on riverside.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
some advice i can give you is get three estimates. usually go with the one in the middle. and it is always better if the man giving the estimate is doing the job also so your information doesnt get mixed up from passing through to many hands. because sometimes the guy doing the estimate is not the installer and he will say something to you just to sell th job. but when the installer comes to do the job he might say he cant do that or spmethings not correct. so try and stay away from things like that.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
a customer should do some research on what they want done. the type of material they are thinking of using and a budget they want to spend. with all that i can guide them to the right direction of flooring that will fit there every need.
