If you have more than 700 square feet we can offer you a discount on installation and refinishing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We get to know our customers first and we try to have a good communication with them. In order for them to feel comfortable working with us and making sure they are satisfied with our work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have 15 years of experience working with flooring installation and refinishing. We have great recommendations from our clients.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started off doing residential houses and then apartment complexes. We are still striving for bigger challenges.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types of customers. We work with hardwood, laminated, and vynal flooring.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We had a client that needed carpet removal, hardwood flooring installation and refinished stairs. It was a project of 1500 square feet. Our customer was very satisfied. It took us 3 days to accomplish all the work.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would recommend the customer to look at the experience and knowledge of the company they are looking to hire. Sometimes a cheap price is not so cheap if you hire someone without the sufficient experience.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What is the process of the job that they need to be done. Ask how experienced are they with working with different flooring. Ask for all available pricing and discounts.
