What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We price competitively to the market. We always ensure to pass discounts back to our clients as this can help them with paying for other projects and because it’s always nice to help our clients save money where they can. Lastly we do support our veterans by offering military discounts.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We always meet with our customers and do a walk through of their desired project. We take all of their ideas, thoughts, and recommendations into consideration before offering our professional opinion. If they like our recommendation and pricing then we will move to scheduling a start date. We also add our clients to our internal project tracker. This process ensures that all of our clients needs are being met and that our clients are fully involved throughout the entire process.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have over 6 years experience in fix & flip renovations and over 5 years experience in home services.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started out primarily as an investment company doing fix & flip projects and subsequently recognized the opportunity to extend our knowledge & expertise into home services, so we expanded our company into home renovation & design services.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all types of customers from homeowners, property managers, investors, and general contractors.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently completed a paint project in Benton, Tn for a religious retreat center. It was great to go in and really be a part of refreshing the exterior to 2 of the buildings on the property. It took us two days to complete and the client was extremely satisfied with outcome.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always ask for references for your desired project. Always ask to see past work to verify potential for desired outcome for your project. Lastly, I would say the biggest piece of advice is to find a specialist over a Jack of all trades. It’s always a great feeling knowing that you’ve hired someone who’s a master in the specific trade needed.
