Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
The standard pricing varies based on the condition of the soft floor, square feet, and the other details taken into consideration in order to carry out the project. For example, I will take into consideration the type of material that will be used to execute this project, and the type of flooring. The customer can keep this in mind about the standard pricing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
One of the typical processes for working with a new client would consist in a couple of steps. First, the new client will be helped in choosing or finding the right type of floor they desire, or material (e.g. Color or design of the Floor). Secondly, I would discuss an estimated price depending on the project's detailing and duration of the project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
The training I've received has been from other professionals who have years of experience doing this type of labor. Working alongside these professionals has give me a hands-on opportunity to obtain the skills I know today. I also consider maintaining myself updated on the necessary skills needed for this job. In retrospect, this enables me to explain to my clients how I will do the job, or any preferred design included in the project.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I started doing this type of work though a friend who opened a position for me to learn the skills, and duty of carrying out this job. I worked alongside my friend for two years. In addition, I worked for a professional company known as Pinnacle Custom Floors. Working for this company opened more skills for flooring and mastery of this job flourished after 3 years of working for this business.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I recently worked on a project that consisted of 13 threads and 16 risers. A set of stairs was divided into 7 and other was divided into 6. This project lasted approximately a day for completion.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
My number one advice to someone who is trying to find a provider in the area, make sure to have the right type of flooring or material that is being used for the refinish. Secondly, give your provider or professional enough time to execute the job for you in order to receive the finished product you desire.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Questions clients should ask themselves: 1. It is highly important to consider your budget, How much are you willing to spend ? 2. What type of flooring Im I desiring for my space? 3. Do I need to be home white the project is getting executed?
