Introduction

My name is Kyle. My wife & I started this small, family business in 2014. I’ve been trained as a “Lead Renovator” with NICA (NW Independent Contractor’s Association). I’ve had lots of diverse experience and training in construction, finishes & remodels, both residential & commercial. Modern tools, professional techniques, and adherence to strict safety standards are vital to my reputation and success. I’ve had the privilege to work with a wide variety of craftsmen, builders and business owners; from the 70 year old Jack of all trades, to the multi million dollar commercial contractors, to the specialty tradesmen who have mastered their craft, I’ve been able to learn from the best. I’ll be honest, I actually love what I do. That’s good news for all my customers because I’m invested in the end result of each project. Something that sets me apart is that I actually know how to work well with and communicate with people. It’s not just “construction”. It takes trust to invite someone into your home, and I don’t take that lightly. In fact, many times, I’m the guy that people call when their other contractor can’t do the job properly, doesn’t show up, makes a big fuss, bids the job wrong, walks away & gives up on the project, arguing with the customer, does sloppy work, steals money, drinking on the job, or is just not meeting their customers expectations. I ensure that every installation is executed in a safe, clean and efficient manner. When you hire me, it’s actually me, the business owner, showing up to do the work. Yes, I do bring help along as needed. Im happy to offer free estimates and consultations to any potential client. No obligations, no hidden fees or surprises, because up front communication is key. One last thing about me: No drugs, no alcohol, no shenanigans, no excuses. I’m just here to serve my community and make an honest living. Thank you for reading! I look forward to working together.
