Once we give you a price, it stays that way even if your job becomes more complex once we remove your current flooring. There are no surprises, and you will not pay your balance until you are completely satisfied with result.

It all starts with the in-home consultation. Book an appointment, and we will handle the rest. Appointments can last from 30 min to 2 hours depending on how you like to shop. We will stay with you as long as you need to find a product that you love. Once we find the customized flooring solution that works for you, we agree to cash or payment terms, and schedule your install. Typically, your project can be complete in under 2 weeks from the initial appointment.

Everybody in the Floor Coverings International family receives 100's of hours of computer based and hands on training. We meet monthly with our reps from each company to learn the latest installation techniques and tips to get the most longevity and performance out of each product we carry. Every installer is scrutinized for certifications, references, years of experience, and overall talent. We aren't looking for a bargain when it comes to installers, we are looking for the best available at a good value.

I've been working in the industry since I was 18 years old and have worked on over 1500 homes in my career. Our family run business is very customer service oriented and we have learned over the years how to set really good expectations with customers so that there are no surprises along the way.

We work with customers looking replace flooring in a guest bathroom, all the way to a 6,500 Sq Ft. new construction. We specialize in flooring exclusively, so if it's designed to be walked on, we will likely be able to do it for you.

Every project differs just slightly in complexity, customer desires, and timelines required. However, we don't collect payment on the balance until the customer is satisfied. Most of our projects go from selection to installed in under 2 weeks.
