What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team at Blooming Estates LLC brings years of hands-on experience in residential construction, handyman services, and property restoration. We’ve handled everything from small home repairs to full rebuilds after years of neglect.
We also specialize in working with property managers, assisting with the upkeep of rental units, including turnover repairs, routine maintenance, and emergency fixes. Our real-world experience is backed by a deep understanding of building systems, tenant-ready standards, and cost-effective solutions.
We pride ourselves on reliability, professionalism, and the kind of craftsmanship that keeps both property owners and tenants satisfied.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started in this line of work through my experience as a property manager, where I was responsible for maintaining and improving over 100 rental units. Over the years, I developed hands-on skills in everything from minor repairs to full renovations — learning how to get quality work done quickly, safely, and cost-effectively.
That real-world experience inspired me to launch Blooming Estates LLC, where I could offer those same dependable services to homeowners, landlords, and investors who need someone they can trust to get the job done right.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Property managers overseeing large portfolios of rental units
Homeowners needing repairs, upgrades, or emergency fixes
Real estate investors looking to rehab or prepare properties for sale or rent
Tenants coordinating with landlords for maintenance or improvements
HOAs and small businesses needing reliable ongoing maintenance
Whether it’s a quick repair or a full-scale renovation, we bring the same level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail to every client
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One project we’re especially proud of was building a brand-new ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) from the ground up at 1443 Cloverdale Ave in Los Angeles.
We manage everything — from demolition and site prep to framing, plumbing, electrical, and final finishes. The ADU was designed to be fully self-contained, adding valuable livable space and long-term income potential for the property owner.
It was a great example of how Blooming Estates LLC delivers complete, turn-key solutions with quality craftsmanship and dependable timelines.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always look for a provider who values clear communication. Ask for references or photos of past work, and make sure the contractor is willing to provide a detailed written estimate.
Also, be sure they understand the local building codes and permit process, especially for bigger projects like remodels or ADUs. And finally, choose someone who treats your home or rental property with the same care they would their own.
At Blooming Estates LLC, we believe in doing the job right the first time, keeping you informed every step of the way, and building relationships you can trust.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Before reaching out, it helps to think through a few key questions:
What exactly do I want done? Be as specific as possible about the scope of work.
What’s my budget? Even a rough idea helps guide material choices and project planning.
What’s my ideal timeline? Do you need it done ASAP or are you flexible?
Are there any access issues or special circumstances? Think about parking, pets, or HOA restrictions.
What quality level am I expecting? Basic repairs or high-end finishes?
Having answers to these questions will make your first conversation more productive — and help us deliver exactly what you need, efficiently and accurately.
