I've been in the home restoration industry for over 12 years, managing jobs from small bathrooms to multi-story hotel floods. I'm mostly looking for smaller side jobs I can perform after work or on weekends, but I can perform a variety of work as I'm in the home restoration industry. I also have experience with appliance repair and welding. Customer satisfaction is a top priority. I do have my HIS license through the cslb, which requires an extensive background check. As of now My services cannot exceed $1000 per project including labor and materials so small drywall patches, fixing loose rain gutters, replacing basic appliance parts, small plumbing repairs etc are what I'm currently interested in.
