Very Transparent Estimating Process. We Make Our Estimates At A Rate Per Square Foot. Any Changes To Scope Of Work May Require Changes To Be Made To Original Contract.

Typically I Like To Meet At The Future Job-site and Get A Feel For What It Is Exactly The Customer Wants To Get Done. From There I Am Able To Create An Accurate And Detailed Estimate Line By Line For Every Aspect Of My Customers Project. From There We Revise And Make Any Necessary Changes The Customer Wants To Make Until We Finally Come Up With The Final Signed Copy Of The Estimate.

We Finished A Really Nice Project In The Saratoga Hills. We Completely Remodeled The Entire Backyard, Front Yard, And Driveway. Pergola, Pavers, Pool Resurfacing, Retaining Walls, Planting & More All A Part Of This Wonderful Project!

Look For A Contractor That Has A Good Reputation and Amazing Craftsmanship. The Relationship Between A Client and A Contractor Is A Very Important One. Ensure A Contractor Has Plenty Of References That Can Vouch For His Work.
