That the price determine the work performed. Discounts could be in many forms.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Greetings with joy,I’m very blessed. Followed by descriptions of work needed and followed by timing and solutions.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

NCIS training/OSHA 10-13

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started at 18 doing installing tile and Marble and wanted more. I began to learn different types of flooring systems that are new and effective.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All walks of life. I love them all.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently finished a refinished basement in metallics. The owner was a NY Giants fan. She only had enough for two colors but lucky for her I already had some white metallic so we made it happen. She was completely amazed!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you understand the product and the bond ratio. If it doesn’t make since the cost will be effective in the long run. Cheap isn’t good in this work!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Are they sure they want the work done? And know the cost of such.
