This is proprietary information that we share with the consumer during initial consultation.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We set an appointment for a consultation/inspection. We explain all facets of the problem and all available solutions. We do not brow beat our customers to submission. Our goal is to educate our customers on their foundation issues.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Structural certification through Grip Tite engineering. Certified waterproofing contractor. 20 years of experience in my field. We have protected hundreds of homes from water intrusion.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

May of 2000. I worked for a very prominent waterproofing company in Marietta Ga. I learned very quickly that their inside only approach was only a compromise to water intrusion. I believe in total water exclusion. I worked for another prominent company for six years. This company did outside and inside waterproofing. The problem was their lack of integrity to the homeowner. I chose to open Aquadry Waterproofing to offer homeowners a complete, permanent waterproofing solution with integrity and fair pricing.

Foundation waterproofing and structural repair.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We are proud of all repairs we do. Some are more involved than others, we approach each no matter how large or small with the same passion for completeness as well as integrity to the process.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Completely educate yourself through information given from competing contractors and ask them specifically these questions- "Does your method eliminate water intrusion into my foundation or do you manage the water through my foundation?" “ Why do I have to sign your contract today for this miraculous discount? “

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

My passion for helping consumers effectively and completely protect their foundations for structural integrity and/or water intrusion.
