What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I will schedule an appointment to come to your home and speak with you about your project. I will take all the measurements needed and then work up a no cost estimate based on your needs. If you wish to move forward we schedule a start/completion date.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been a Journeyman carpenter for the past 35 years.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Custom cabinets and backyard decks are probably the most common requests.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I built a beautiful custom entertainment center for a customer in Hidden Springs. The photo is on my profile. The gentleman absolutely loved it.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask to see pictures of some of their work. I personally have a portfolio & website of jobs that I have done.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

A lot of people think that they are carpenters just because they own some tools. It's important to know that your carpenter has actually worked in the trade for some time.
