What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Upon receiving your request for services a team member will reach out to you within 5 minutes or less. We have dedicated professionals assigned to each and every warm lead we receive assuring you are contacted immediately. We schedule typically within 24 hours providing you with red carpet service. We evaluate your task and often times provide complementary reports pertaining to your scope of work. We will walk you through the necessary steps to earn your business on your time schedule.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are a licensed, bonded and insured MHIC contractor. We are also EPA Lead Certified. How did you get started doing this type of work?

I began my journey in the mid 90's investing in real estate and purchasing my first investment property. Long story short I learned from trial and error and my school and business management background helped me tremendously in launching my career into assisting other investors and homeowners into beautifying their homes and commercial properties. I amassed a large portfolio of rental properties which provided me first hand experience into the rehab renovation industry. From there I moved on to wholesaling properties and eventually flipping dozens of retail ready properties.

I have worked with first time investors, seasoned veterans, attorney's, hedge fund groups, private lenders, hard money lenders, mortgage companies, realtors, doctors, property preservation companies, corporate conglomorates including Starbucks, Self Storage Facilities, Churches, Hospitals, Schools and Shopping Center Turnovers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Our company recently performed a 39 square roof project for a local fire station and EMT facility. The organization was so appreciative of our efforts and impressed with our professional ability to perform the job at task within one day! The leaders offered us additonal work and we feel really good as a company when we can return the gratitude especially for our law enforcement, fire and EMT professionals.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My professional advice would be to vet your potential contractor in all aspects of the task at hand. Ask for references and talk to their customers. Chances are we have already performed a job on your street or within a few blocks. Always make sure that really cheap price you are receiving specifically states the materials being used on your home. This is important. We only use the best materials and products available today.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should be serious and realize that your time is as valuable as ours. When you make that call we are there FAST! Please underatand that we are a no sales pressure company. We do not have the time to take up your busy schedule and force ourselves into your personal home to upsell you a product you don't want. We often come prepared and only require 3 minutes of your time. We will go out of our way to earn your business!
