What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Getting to know the customer, their needs and ideas for the project. Then discussing time and their budget to deliver the best of our service to them. Quality is something we don’t need to talk about. It’s always 100%!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Gustavo is a civil engineer. So he has a huge knowledge about materials and mathematics. Plus great experience in this area.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Friends brought me into the business to help, but i liked it so much that I wanted flooring installation to be my profession.

Residencial and commercial

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Whole house flooring replacement. 2,300sf of hardwood and tile removal and reinstalling. Leveling the entire house as well. 5 business days, 4 guys, 100% customer satisfaction!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
