Introduction

Construction isn’t just what I do—it’s what I love. From the first nail to the final detail, I take pride in every step of the process. With years of hands-on experience, I’ve learned that quality, integrity, and communication are the foundation of any successful project. My goal is simple: to turn your vision into reality while making the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. I treat every home like it’s my own, and every client like a partner. Whether it’s a small repair or a full-scale renovation, I show up ready to work hard, solve problems, and deliver results that exceed expectations. Your satisfaction means everything to me—and I’m not done until you’re 100% happy.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Our pricing is fair. We don’t over price because we understand that nowadays is expensive to built specially in MD. So we try to come up with something that is good for both, a deal is only a deal when benefits both sides or else is a rip off.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
The first thing is to get to know a little of the person, that way I can understand a bit of your personality and give opinions on the job that you might be interested based on your personality. Also, understand the reason behind the project be it a deck or a remodel or even a simple handyman job. I need to understand the problem to come with a solution.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I am a licensed Home Improvement contractor, so I’m authorized by the state to perform my job. Also I studied carpentry for a while. But most of my training came from performing in the field. Getting the one on one with clients and doing my best by all means.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I started working with my dad in the summer and I felt in love with construction. Understanding that I can make other people’s life’s better through my craftsmanship is really rewarding. It’s not about delivering projects but about making a place where people create memories with their loved ones.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We have worked with all types of costumers, we love different cultures and learning new things we other people. That’s the beauty of people, every person has a story to share and we are here for it. We believe in long lasting relationships with clients and we will do everything to keep it.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Installment of 3 new metal fixed awnings. I took us about 3 hours to get all the parts together and install it on the wall as the client wished.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Don’t hesitate to invest in your home, at the end you’re just adding more value to your house while making things better for your loved ones.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Is this contractor legit, does he know what he’s talking about? Most contractors don’t take their time to look into the market and study it to find better options for the client. Does the contractor take your project with importance ? One of our biggest differential is that we take projects as we were doing to ourselves. I think this makes a big difference when it comes to details of a project and the best outcome possible.
