We are very reasonable. We also do payment plans.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Educate educate and educate how important the chimneys are in the home.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Hands on the job for over 15 years. We are certified technicians.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My father is a Plumber in Great Neck NY for over 35 years.. He has tought me a lot about business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We worked with all types of people . Business to residential.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We built a chimney from the ground up. The homeowners were told they couldnt achieve the look that they wanted. Well being that im a woman that loves pretty things. I was able make it a reality! Sorry guys but a woman's touch is all we need sometimes . Thats where im able to take it a step further.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Talk to the owner direct. Get an idea of what kind of person you are dealing with. If they cant speak to you ,then they aren't worth your time.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

It depends on the project. Each one is unique in its own way. Ask them to help you by educating you with their knowledge.
