What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I do my absolute best to give you the renovations of your dreams at an affordable cost. A cost that should not drive you broke but fulfill your dreams. My handyman service is probably one of the most affordable handyman services around. So Dyer Construction strives at getting you the best price with outstanding quality! Dyer Construction offers various ways to accept payments. From cash to financing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Dyer Construction will ask you to reach out to us if interested. We are not that pushy Company, that is going to call you constantly. After we talk via phone, text and or email, we set up an appointment with you and Tech/Carpenter. He goes over project/projects with you and creates an estimate. If you agree & sign off we get you on schedule, the next available opening.Based on type of project will determine how much & when you pay.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am very well rounded individual. I have a background & training in just about all fields of the Construction World, from bird houses too Steel buildings and from mowing lawns too being 26’ in the ground install sanitary pump stations. From running a lemonade stand too run multi million dollar companies.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got started in this type of work at 8 years old. To earn money for my baseball cards and the nonessentials, I would go to work with the older neighbor brothers who were Contractors and was a goofier. Spent big chunk of my time milking, being I grew up on a Dairy Farm.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with descive - undescive from designer’s & engineers. Worked with big and worked with small, hence our quote Nothing too big, Nothing to small. Dyer Construction does it all!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

How I feel about a project is immaterial. I work for you. What I won’t do is cut corners. I won’t jeopardize customers safety and health nor our teams and pedestrians. If I’m not a fan of what you want to and what you want is up to codes, I will draw up 2 or3 other options, that I might think are nicer/ better in same price range and propose an option.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Contractors are human, Romberg the lowest estimate isn’t always the best and you should try and always get at least 3 estimates. Look for punctually and integrity from you contractor.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Why does it cost this much? Are you sure that’s correct. If I pay cash is it cheaper ? Can I make you monthly payments?
