We get to talk about the prices but they should know that anything that we did not go over it should be a fee.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The first step is always getting comfort from a customer then always talk professionally about the job, after that we give the customer the decision.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a title in this back in my country I graduated college and got my title as a Business Man

How did you get started doing this type of work?

It was generations growing up my Grandfather and Dad were previous workers of wood flooring, so I got inspiration from them and wanted to become like that one day.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I worked with all type of customers I understand every customer in there own way, we feel very happy to get to work with different people throughout my career.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I started an amazing job in which my I thought it was very outstanding from my crew was a job I started January 8 and we finished in 10 days.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Well every provider has its own different style of working I highly recommend for the customers to talk it out with various amount of people until they find comfort and trust between the person.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

They should mainly think about how like the outcome is going to be of the job, they should also think about pricing it’s a big deal so you need to have time to think about it.
