What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Set your expectations in the beginning know exactly what your paying for. Pay attention to silly claims of “Free”, installation or Free rooms. Nothing is free, I can promise your overpaying for something. Ask for an itemized breakdown and ask questions.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Most people forget that this can be a disastrous situation if you hire the wrong contractor. DIY projects are one thing but flooring done right requires an experienced crew, that has insurance if thing go wrong. Product quality is so important and the wrong product installed will make your life miserable. Thing do go wrong, but will the contractor really honor their agreement or disappear when it does. We get calls all the time to fix a bad installation by untrained or inexperienced contractors. It’s heartbreaking to tear out new flooring and reinstall again at the customers expense. We are here for you regardless
