What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Prices do vary of what city the work is being done due to cement charge per square footage. Price also does varies from the type of project that is needed to be completed. We are very negotiable knowing that a value of ones home is important.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

An appointment is set up for a free estimate. Once the estimate is done and a decision to be hired is made, we than set up a date to get the work done. Depending on how big the project is depends on how many days it will take to complete it. Contracts & Proposals can also be made and signed before the job starts.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have worked in this job field over 15 years coming across all types of situations of how to get the work done.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We are a family owned company. Very inspired by a family member to persuade in this line of work.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with several types of customers. We love building a relationship with each one to have a a bond in knowing they will be comfortable to trust us with what work is needed. We have worked with home owners, contractors, business owners, church leaders, and etc.

Every project varies on how big the job is that needs to get done. On average a project normally takes about 2-3 days or more depending on size.
