What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I’m competitive with all the contractors in Utah we may be on the mid to high side but you get what you pay for. I have ripped out and replaced several companies work because the customer got what they paid for and wanted the job redone correctly. This cost way more than just going with a reputable tile company in the first place!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Finding out what style of install they are looking for and what their design preferences are. For basic repairs and tile. We can provide free estimates, then put them on the schedule if they like the price.

18 years of experience hands on.

We have been doing them for years.

All kinds of home owners, real estate agents, general contractors and home builders. Many commercial construction companies as well!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A kitchen backsplash we did in Orem.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

These backsplash jobs are important to hire for quality not for price. I have seen some that made the whole kitchen loo my worse than without the backsplash.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Is the person your hiring a legit tile contractor or are they just claiming to be a handy man who does tile. There is a big difference!!!
