Our team has professional training in construction, remodeling, and flooring installation, along with years of hands-on experience delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started with a passion for building and home improvement, helping friends and family with their projects. Over time, that turned into a full-time business focused on delivering quality work and excellent service.

We've worked with a wide range of customers, including homeowners, landlords, real estate agents, and small business owners—handling everything from small repairs to full remodels.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently completed a full flooring renovation in a home where old carpet was replaced with vinyl flooring. In addition, all the bathroom tile was updated. The project took place in Seattle and gave the home a completely renewed look. It took about 10 days to complete, and the client was thrilled with the transformation.

I always conduct on-site visits to fully understand the project and provide a detailed plan before starting any work. Clear communication and setting expectations upfront are essential for a smooth and successful renovation.

Planning these details beforehand helps ensure a smooth renovation process.
