What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I offer senior citizens and Military Discount.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My process is all the same , with new and old ,treat them fair/ be polite as I would, and make sure their getting what they ask for, a nice clean cut yard

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I started working for the State Cutting grass.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I actually was raised up cutting grass with a regular old mower, didn’t make any money with it , lol but i did cut our yard, then rake the leaves , and trim the bushes, so all of that work i was already use to . Then after i got out the service , I worked with the State for a while actually cutting grass around different Army units around the area. Fast forward a few years later and know I have my own business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types, I mean not everybody gonna have the same personality .

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Well one job i recently did was wear a customer had three types of grass and i had to adjust the blades like 3 or times to make sure the the grass was leveled all the way around. Lol Makes a 30 min job take 45 to an hour

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the person you hire cares more about Coustomer service than the money. If a person only sees money, their not gonna care about their work all the time or it just makes me feel awkward not caring about what the customer wants.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Well honestly, just makes sure he doing the job your looking for . I’ve had people calling me asking if i do land clearing and tree cuttting.
