What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our prices are comparable and competitive to our competitors. We are a family owned/ veteran owned business that takes pride in our quality of work on every job.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We offer estimates based off seeing the scope of work in-person preferably. On rare occasions we will offer estimates for scopes of work with photos. Once an estimate is approved, we work with our customers to get a technician on-site to complete the work requested. We’ll follow up with our customers to ensure they’re satisfied with our work every time. Payments are then collected and receipts provided upon request. We like to follow up again with our customers 1-2 weeks later to ensure total satisfaction and schedule future services if desired.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Family ran business with years of experience passed down from generations of hard work and business knowledge.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma with a couple of fellow veterans out of active duty looking for ways to stay busy. We’ve since then helped each other grow landscaping businesses closer to our home areas and have raised children with the knowledge and skill set to maintain the businesses. Our founding veterans still assist one another still from time to time along with our family members to keep our customers satisfied! Semper Fi!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with commercial and residential customers ranging from fast-food to medical landscapes, along with small to large residential spaces. We specialize in helping customers with weekly and bi-weekly maintenance services.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently helped spray a layer of pre-emergent and remove weeds for a retired couple in Apache Wells, Mesa, AZ that travels from Canada seasonally. We have been working with this couple for years and appreciate the trust they’ve instilled in us for ensuring their yard is kept clean of weeds while they are gone. It’s a type of trust that resembles the loyalty you would share with family, and the return loyalty from us that they can rest assured with the quality of our work even when they are out-of-town.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the person you are looking to hire has a reputation they take pride in. We feel this can help you avoid becoming a victim of a “hit-and-run” (when a customer pays for a job but gets half the work completed).

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How much are they willing to spend realistically and how can they best describe or draw to articulate what they would like completed.
