What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our prices says a lot about our work and project as we deliver the best service out there from simple communications to the project itself, but we always try be fair as well when working with customers. Discounts comes when we been working with a client for a long time or when a clients referred us for a potential lead. Fees there are none.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Introduce one another and ask simple questions about their yard and ask what they LIKE and what they DONT like when it comes to doing certain work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Worked at a landscaping company in San Diego in the early 2000s till I started my own company in 2011.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

A friend was no longer interested in landscape work so he offered us his company and eventually agreed and been on our own ever since.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all kind of customers. From ones that have a tight budget to ones that are willing to spend on the value of the project which can be high depending on the project. In the end we accept customers all the time no matter the situation as we try to provide the best service so people can enjoy their yard again

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A fence project that was about 180 feet total. The project took less than 5 days.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look through all company’s available and make conversations with each one and there’s bound to be one that will stand out to you from simple communication.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What am I trying to achieve with this project? What problem am I trying to solve? What is my realistic budget? How important is cost vs quality or speed? Are there styles, brands, or references I want to follow or avoid? When do I want the project to start and finish? Are there any deadlines or time constraints? These are simple but yet important questions to think before talking to a professional about your project.
