What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We do offer discounts! We put passion into our projects and would be glad to help maintain the landscape that we created together at a discounted maintenance price. Viceversa as well, call us for regular maintenance and you will get a landscape discount!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We love new customers! We schedule a free consultation, get to know their ideas, and of course the customers themselves. We generally give a walkthrough of what is to be expected, and how we operate during the process of a project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am currently studying to get licensed, but I’ve relatively have worked super close with other landscapers, landscape designers, and various trade businesses, My experience and love for landscaping speaks for itself when determining my training.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working with my father at the age of 13 and slowly but surely learned the landscaping trade very well.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all kinds of customers, property management teams, property owners, renters, apartment supervisors, movie stars, directors and music industry professionals!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Our most recent project! We were able to convert our clients nightmare into a loving and relaxing backyard, with a lot of texture and beautiful bright colors! It took us about 3 days but everything came out as expected!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Please make sure you’re interacting with the correct pro, not someone who is in a rush to take money out of your pockets! Examine the pro, make sure that landscaping is their passion. A pro must always see the clients vision through there own eyes!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

We believe that customers should always be open to ideas, from neighbors, relatives and pros as well, so go around and ask for opinions, don’t be afraid to hear what others think! 2 heads think better than 1!
