What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We give estimates for each project and but bill out hourly plus materials every 2 weeks based on project scope.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We meet with customers and listen to there needs and wants in there landscape. We make recommendation for both function and budget that will fit there needs

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 16 yrs experience and have I take landscape design classes during are off season to further my knowledge.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I've always enjoyed being outside so landscaping was a perfect fit.

What types of customers have you worked with?

we work with a variety of customer from small jobs to full installation.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We did a full installation on home at the end of last year. It consisted of sprinkler system, paver walkway and patio, regrading and sod installation. The project took just under a month.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for someone who is knowledgeable and easily reachable. Jobs can constantly change due to unforeseen circumstances. You should have a contractor who can be reached with changes and advise on best course of action
