What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Initiating from the start, thorough communication. Whether it’s a meet and greet, quoting a job, setting a start/completion date, emailing etc. Everything I do revolves around clear communication with the customer, ensuring their satisfactory.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a Certified Horticulture Professional. Certified through the Florida Nursery, Growers and Landscape Association.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got started in landscape through my father who was a landscape designer/installer for nearly 30 years here in South-West FL.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential home owners.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always try and lean towards a higher quality of work/products when it comes to landscape. It’s worth it in the long run.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Asking themselves what they envision most for their landscape. A customer who has an idea of what they want in a landscape will help them and their landscaper get to that end goal more efficiently.
