What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our fees are based on the complexity of the project, materials, dumpster (or cleanup fees) and whether or not you would like sealer. Our prices are competitive and we will work with your budget. We offer discounts for returning customers.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will come out to see the project, and provide an estimate via email that includes the total price, paver options and details of the type of work that will be completed. We are responsive both via text and phone, and you can expect follow up within 2 business days. We ask for a 50% deposit if you decide to work with us.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Aron has a degree in electrical engineering, which brings excellent problem solving and spatial skills. Thiago has years of experience fixing mechanical issues, construction and building. Together we have over 10 years of combined experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We both started as helpers. This means that we were assistants first, carrying bricks and sand so that the installer could complete the work. Then we learned how to make the specific cuts, prepare the sand, etc. Within one and a half years, we became professionals, meaning that we were main installers on the job. Then, we decided to start TAGM Services and start our own company.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with home owners, contractors and construction businesses.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We completed a pool deck in Venice, FL that came out really nice: the details were spot on and the customer was pleased. It took us 4 days to complete and we were proud of the work.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Consider the quality of the materials: we use the most expensive bricks because they are long-lasting and higher quality than the cheaper bricks. However, some companies will use the cheaper bricks to keep their prices low. We would encourage you to think long-term so that you aren't replacing or repairing the project too soon.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

If you are a homeowner, be sure to get an idea of the process with your HOA. In some cases, re-doing your patio does not require approval from the HOA, and in other cases it does. We recommend getting a clear idea before you start your project so you can begin an application for approval before you hire a provider.
