What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We give free estimates for most projects. Almost all projects need to be looked at by our estimator in order for us to give an accurate price. Please reach out to us to get a free estimate today!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once we have had initial contact with the customer, we gather the necessary information we need to set up an estimate. Our estimator will contact you and schedule a time to meet with you at the property and do a walk through. He will then be able to provide you with an estimate from there.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our owners have been in the industry for over 20 years and have plenty of experience. Our estimator has been in the industry for 50 years and has a degree in horticulture. All of our employees have multiple years of experience as well.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

This company was started by the owner just doing small jobs on the weekends in order to make more money to be able to afford private school. From there, he grew the business into what it is today and has been his full- time job since 2007.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all different customers including Residential, Commercial, School Districts, Town Governments, General Contractors and Sub- Contractors.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We completed new landscape installation at the Chipotle in Lansing, IL. Working around the other sub-contractors, we were able to complete the project in less than a week.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We would advise that you make sure the contractor is licensed, bonded and insured. Also, depending on the scope of work, check with the contractor to see if they offer warranties on their work and/or plant material.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

1. Do you have an idea of the scope of work that you would like done? 2. What is your budget? 3. How quickly would you like the work done? 4. If you want plant material installed, do you have ideas of what you would like?
