What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I do free estimates. My fees whether they're residential cleaning or Landscaping really depend on a lot of things, so that's up in the air until we talk. It's better to message or talk in person. I do have very fair prices though! I know that!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Usually, I like to hear the customers needs see if we're a fit and then talk pricing and what dates and times work for us both!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Working for two different landscaping companies for 12 yrs and cleaning houses etc. just kind of comes with being a mom and the territory!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My best friend opened up a landscaping company back in 2011 and I started working with her from the ground up and worked with her and another friend that started a company from the ground up and now I'm choosing to do it on my own 😉

What types of customers have you worked with?

All kinds I love people and I like to get to know what exactly it is. they want a new from me so I can do a great job and everybody leaves happy!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The advice I would give would be to just know exactly what you want every detail so that you're on the same page as the provider and there's no confusion and then everything goes smooth like butter!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I would say think through all the big jobs they want done and of course all the minor ones and that's about it 😉 that way whenever we start discussing everything I can get a better idea of what it is that you want from me. That's very important to me that I do exactly what it is that you set out for me to do. I pride myself in my work and my company. I like to leave my customers satisfied and happy, just ask any and everything so that we are both on the same page! I will also do the same 😁
